Located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Villa AZ is a contemporary private residence that seamlessly blends modern luxury with the timeless elegance of Arabian architectural heritage. The project involved the complete transformation of an existing villa, reimagining both the interior and exterior to create a sophisticated, welcoming, and immersive living environment.

Inspired by the region's rich architectural traditions, the exterior features elegant bronze metal screens influenced by the classic Mashrabiya. These finely crafted elements enhance the villa's visual identity while reflecting the traditional principles of privacy, natural ventilation, and filtered light. Positioned above the main windows and across the entrance façade, the decorative metalwork adds depth, texture, and a distinctive architectural character.

The lighting design has been carefully integrated to highlight the villa's architectural forms and landscaped surroundings. An infinity pool overlooking the sea, expansive terraces, and beautifully designed outdoor living spaces create a peaceful setting for relaxation and entertaining. Lush gardens, complemented by subtle lighting and premium natural finishes, further enhance the outdoor experience.

A striking feature of the landscape is a sculptural block of textured natural limestone, creating a bold focal point while adding contrast and elegance to the exterior environment. A custom-designed outdoor buffet and barbecue area combines functionality with refined contemporary design, making it ideal for hosting family and guests.

Inside, Villa AZ showcases a sophisticated interior defined by premium marble, rich natural wood, fine leather, and luxurious fabrics. Bronze accents and subtle Arabian-inspired details introduce warmth and cultural character throughout the living spaces, while the entrance lobby and main living areas are enhanced with elegant vertical natural stone wall cladding that adds depth, texture, and timeless appeal.

One of the villa's most remarkable design features is the bespoke chandelier suspended within the entrance lobby. Crafted from hundreds of mother-of-pearl elements, it creates a captivating display of light and movement. A second cascading chandelier in the family living area further enriches the interiors, adding a sense of grandeur, elegance, and refined luxury throughout the residence.
