KHG Headquarters

Located in the heart of Dubai's Business Bay, Mama Shelter Dubai is a distinctive hospitality and residential development that brings the internationally recognised Mama Shelter brand to the UAE. Developed for Khamas Group of Investment, the project combines a contemporary hotel, branded residences, vibrant dining venues and leisure facilities within a striking architectural landmark. The development is characterised by its expressive façade, where flowing vertical elements create a sense of movement across the tower. Inside, bold colours, playful detailing and eclectic interiors reflect the brand's unconventional approach to hospitality, creating an energetic environment that connects accommodation, entertainment and social spaces. Dynamic Design participated as project management consultant, supporting the coordination of the architectural and interior design vision with the project's technical and delivery requirements. Working within a multidisciplinary project team, Dynamic Design's involvement contributed to the integration of design development and implementation considerations across this complex mixed-use hospitality destination. Mama Shelter Dubai represents a contemporary approach to urban hospitality, bringing together distinctive design, functionality and a strong sense of identity within one of Dubai's most dynamic districts.
